Starting Flipping Homes
Good afternoon!
I wanted to make a post to hopefully get some advice or feedback for starting out on flipping homes. I want to get my foot in the door of real estate and feel this is a good way to get skin in the game. I will mainly be looking for cosmetic flips at first to hopefully get a faster turn around. I plan on doing all the work myself for the first few. If there is anything I can look out for or avoid that would be great to talk to you about. Thank y'all!
