Looking for Markets Around NYC
I’m looking to purchase my first property sometime in the next year or two and am trying to zero in on a few possible markets. I live in NYC and am looking for a suburban market within ~2 hours driving distance. I’m looking for a long-term hold at a price point of around $500-700k. Looking for appreciation and to build equity moreso than cash flow. Was thinking maybe somewhere in NJ, CT, or somewhere upstate NY but not too far. If anyone has any advice or ideas that would be super helpful. Thanks!
