High school I need of help!!

Hello, Im Kamare a 17 year old high school student & for the last six months I have been researching/learning about real estate. I have no experience and no real estate license I wanna get a jump early so I can build relationships etc I'm really intrigued by being a bird dog I need help on what I should do. 
Any recommendations? 
Any Tips?

Start with local meet ups, meet investors locally. Maybe intern at a place within the real estate world. Initially focus on making $$, building credit and learning the area. House hacking is a good place to start
