How should I get into investing.

Emory Sears
Posted

I’m finishing up my senior year in high school and am very interested in real estate investing. I am joining the marines and go to basic August 11th. I get out in the beginning of November and will have $30,000 saved up by then. For my first few years I will be moving around a lot, but I really want to get into real estate investing, any suggestions?

I recommend doing plenty of research on growth trends before deciding where to buy. If you plan to move around frequently, I would suggest investing in a lower-maintenance property unless you have someone available to manage it for you. Best of luck!
