Hey everyone, I’m looking to connect with active investors, flippers, or builders in south central Wisconsin that may be looking for reliable project or operations support on rehabs, rentals, or new development projects. I’ve been on the search for something that aligns with my ultimate goals of flipping, holding rentals, and eventually development while getting my capital where it needs to be, as well as mentorship along the way.
My background is in HVAC, construction/renovation work, property support, and running my own business. I’ve been around rehabs, contractor coordination, turnovers, punch-list work, and general project problem-solving, and I’m looking to transition deeper into the real estate/investor side long term.
Ideally I’d like to work alongside an experienced operator where I can continue growing in areas like:
-project coordination
-rehab oversight/support
-contractor communication
-walkthroughs & punch lists
-field operations / boots-on-ground support
-acquisitions
-new development
I am based around Columbia, Dane, Sauk County but willing to travel some for the right opportunity.
