Less and less each week. Great community but oversaturated with useless information and irrelevant posts. BP, to me, was fantastic years ago but is morphing into a Facebook of real estate versus an actual tool.

    @Kelly Iannone You are absolutely right, @Russell Brazil puts out some amazing content. Keep them coming!

    My plans are to pickup my time from 1-2hrs per day to 4-5hrs per day (or 25-30hrs per week).

    @Marisa R. . I believe that when you perform an activity you want to get better at, it is a good idea to do it intentionally and set goals. 

    Intention and consistency can create wonders.
