I am a full time property investor. I started off 10 years ago and after 7 years of property investing, it was goodbye to my day job. I have never looked back, its been a great ride so far. I have a portfolio of rentals, buy and holds for cash flow/income. This allows me to follow my passion. I have completed several small developments, ie 5 town homes. Where organised plans and permits, employed contractor and sold all my projects. I have also been involved in many flips in Atlanta, its been an amazing market for appreciation. I am now playing in the Detroit market, I see great opportunities here. I buy distressed properties in good neighborhoods, I hold some for cash flow, but also looking at suburbs which are booming/on fire. I have found a few now where I buy below market value, rehab and rent out..... rinse and repeat. I will also flip some of these. I will post my deals as I complete. I also have a team on the ground they do my rehabs and I have good people working for me. Never underestimate the power of networking. I am here to learn and share my experiences and help anyone if they see value in what I am doing, piggy back and we all win.
