I did a 1031 last year - can I sell one of the 1031 properties to do another 1031?

@Krystal Ahn, You sure can.  You can sell a property and do a 1031 exchange as many times as you want.  The key is that each purchase must be made with the intent to told for productive use and not primarily for resale.  So if you're intent in completing the last 1031 was to purchase that property and hold.  And now there is a better opportunity or a reason for that intent to change then another 1031 would be appropriate.
