My name is Erick and I am a new member of bigger pockets. I am in the high desert area Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, etc...
I am looking to invest on a SFH or a small multi family property. I have been studying, listening to podcasts, and reading books to learn as much as I can about real estate investing.
I am looking to connect with like minded people in my area or join a local investing group?
Does anyone know of such group in this area?
