That was a disappointing start

I went to look at my very first potential property investment today.  I was very excited, showed up 10 minutes early and waited, and waited, and waited.  The realtor NEVER showed to show me the property.  That's fine, from the outside I could see new roof needed, new HVAC, new windows, and the inside looked gutted.

It was definitely the UGLIEST house on a nicer block, I just don't have that Kind of capitol.

     Learn soon how to make offers before you inspect the property.  Inspect only deals you get accepted.  You'll waste a lot of time doing it the other way, and lose a lot of deals.
