Remodel Basement permit
So I’m planning to build a bathroom and a bedroom down at our basement. I wanted to add to our house/property record later on so I’m planning to get a permit. Do I have to get a permit for both bath&bed room or just a bathroom is fine? And how about the permit for electricity? As well as do I need a sketch or a draw of the construction? And if my basement is walkout then do I still need a emergency window for the bedroom? Thank you!
