Title Company Familiar with HUD / Sage
From my understanding, the buyer of a HUD home is allowed to choose the title company. Does anyone know of a title company, in the Cleveland area, that has a strong relationship with HUD? I've heard of recommendations to Fireland Title, Cleveland Home Title, and a few others for investors. I'd like a company that knows the ins-and-outs, and has professional relationships with Sage's Philadelphia office, to help keep the process moving forward, as I've heard plenty of horror stories on the closing process.
