Holton-Wise Expanding to Toledo, Ohio in 2023

Holton-Wise is planning on expanding operations into the Toledo area this year. However, it's not going to be the full set of top to bottom services that we offer in the Cleveland area. We'll be doing sales, marketing, investor consultation, due diligence assistance, brokerage services, media, and rental property insurance, but will not be including construction and property management.

Who are some of the mad dope property managers out in Toledo I should know about? We'll want to see who's got a good operation out there as our clients will need a quality team on the ground to handle the day to day. We're all about evicting fools and cleaning up human poop, but we don't want to drive 2+ hours to do so.
