Trying to learn more about pre-listing prep in Eugene!

Hey everyone — just curious how agents in the Eugene area usually handle pre-listing prep, especially cleaning.

My partner and I run a small cleaning business and have been helping a few local agents get homes photo ready before they go on the market. We’re just looking to be a helpful resource in the community and learn more about what agents typically need during that process.

Appreciate any insight — thanks in advance!

In Portland, extra tasks include power washing driveways, patios and walkways. Spreading bark mulch, updating smoke/CO alarms, making sure the water heater has two straps, and repainting front doors.
