About to take ownership of two homes in Jackson that were collateral on a loan.

Hi Jackson Ms - Loan went into default and im about to sieze the collateral but know nothing of the area. Im in Ca.  Wondering if anyone here could give me some intel on the area as close to these addresses as possible. Goal is to sell as fast as possible to recoup. Have no interest in owning these.

First one could be OK as its north of downtown the other one is in south Jackson.

question will be if they are not occupied have they been stripped. And have the yards been left to grow 5 feet tall etc etc.

current condition will dictate exit on these. 

I worked for those markets as a lender and owner for 20 years and know it by street.

if the houses are trashed your not going to get a lot for them if they are rented and stable might get close to the zillow values you posted.
