I am looking for a diligent, reliable, available agent in Cleveland Ohio, who responds and answers and who understands the importance of speed in submitting an offer on a deal. Who has no problem submitting as many offers as necessary until a deal is reached (understanding the law of large numbers in submitting offers).  Oren, when asking for these things, also consider the way you operate. If you are asking this agent to write you 5 offers/week and they are outrageously low offers, not reasonable, etc. then you may need to do some reflecting as well. I've been taken advantage of by "investors" who do this and it's sucks. And at the end of the day, if we make 3%, if you bought something for $100k, that will be a commission of $3,000, which is awesome, but that gets cut a lot faster than you think. There are definitely agents out there who want to help you and will do the work, but be mindful of what you're doing. Also, I would consider paying the agent more, depending on the purchase range you're in
