Need a lender for auction.com properties
Hi, I just won a bid on auction.com and they told me they accept hard money lending, tha thing is they are not accepting my lender's preapproval due to they need it to be with no conditions, is this posible for any hard money lender to give a preapproval with no conditions on it?
