Looking for hard money lender

James Watt
Posted

Hey BP I'm looking for a hard money lender to help me purchase a property I've been eyeing this property is on my street and I'm aware that it's been sitting vacant for two years. I'd really like to buy this property for hopefully around 600 because the lot is big enough to subdivide. The house size that I would like to build would be 2 three bed two bath around 1700 ft.² this style and older condition sold for 800,000. I think we could build 2 million dollar properties on the law. I have done a brr method and a flip in, so I have a bit of experience.
