Right now I am the process of refinancing my current house in Seattle.
Existing Hard Money Loan: 354000
Appraisal as 600000
Rate and term refinancing
What are the current interest rates on DSCR
Already rented rent is 2850 tenant already in there.
My credit score with (FICO Mortgage score) 720 to 740
I am looking for create lenders who can give me the best interest rates.
