- $3MM Miami bank statement purchase @ 6.5%
- Brand new Miami condo rate/term refi underwriting to STR income
- Elizabeth NJ STR cash-out (70 LTV)
- TN SFR cash-out on bank statement program (75 LTV)
- $4MM+ Malibu cash-out refi on bank statement (65 LTV)
Portfolio plays, bank statement scenarios, high-balance deals, STR structures - good variety this week.
