Rv park Refinance

We have a 105 acre rv park with 60 rv sites, 5000 sq ft building with a gym 4 standalone studio apartments and 4 additional rooms for rent. Complete with a laundry unit and office and mechanical room / his/her public restrooms and showers 24 ponds 2 miles spring fed creeks with night lights and cameras located in Malvern Arkansas, me and my partner and looking to refinance as we just got the construction done and we are looking for permanent financing. Owe 1.186M current balance with 8.5 percent current appraisal is 1.47M completed 1.79 stabilized can bring a couple hundred thousand down at closing. Aiming to get 20-30 years around 6.5 percent it possible “ park is brand new has 0 financials. It’s currently in the leasing stage
