Investment property HELOCs

Almost everyone I talk to says that nobody does investment property HELOCs, but then on a semi recent episode of BiggerPockets, they mentioned some banks do. Does anyone know of a specific lender that does do investment property HELOCs?

We do HELOCs on Investment Property, but we don't do HELOCs in WI. We do installment 2nds on Investment Property there, but just not HELOCs. That being said, they can be done as we do them in other areas. Just confirming what you heard.
