What are the major lenders for bridge loans on investment properties?
I’m looking for a short-term 12-month bridge loan to secure a property quickly, with the plan to either pay it off within a year or refinance into a DSCR loan once the property is stabilized. Looking for lenders that are investor-friendly, move fast, and don’t require extensive seasoning.
