Midwest Investor Friendly Local Banks

Hi all
Anyone how has had success with finding local banks in MI, OH (specifically Dayton, Cleveland, Columbus) for larger MF (+5 - 25 units) that require less than 20% downpayments? I have a portfolio of smaller MF and a few SF investment in both states, but all with 25% down. Scaling to larger properties going forward will require me to find a path to putting less down on each investment. Appreciate any connection, guidance and advise.
