Dscr loan recommendations
Looking for DSCR lender recommendations.
I currently have an active bridge loan on an investment property that is under renovation and am looking to purchase another rental property. I have sufficient funds/reserves and would prefer a DSCR loan for the new acquisition.
Has anyone successfully obtained a DSCR loan for a new property while carrying an active bridge loan? If so, which lenders were the most flexible to work with?
