Looking for GC Partner – Townhome Development Opportunity

I’m currently looking to connect with an experienced GC or builder for a potential ground-up townhome development opportunity in the Columbus, OH area.

I’m evaluating a site with strong fundamentals for higher-density residential and exploring a joint venture with the right partner. I come from a real estate investment background and currently own multifamily, and I’m now stepping into development.

I would be bringing:

• -Deal sourcing and underwriting
• -Financial modeling and project structure
• -Capital relationships
• -Overall project strategy

I’m looking for someone who brings:

• -Ground-up construction experience (townhomes or multifamily preferred)
• -Ability to assist with budgeting, timelines, and execution
• -Local experience is a big plus
