Your Experience with Contractors
I’m looking to do a fix-and-flip in Cincinnati. I’m curious as to what other investors experiences have been working with Contractors there. Are projects getting done on time and within budget? Do you find that contractors are familiar with the draw process? Are SOW very detailed? Any experiences good or bad I’d love to hear about them.
