Build To Rent Consultant in Texas

Hi all,

I am a roofing contractor based in the Rio Grande Valley area of Texas. I am looking for a build to rent consultant in the state of Texas. I have already purchased some lots and plan to buy more, but I need guidance on loans, costs, margins, and the overall process.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, especially to someone in Texas who specializes in this field, I would greatly appreciate it.

P.S. I am not looking for a broker. I am specifically looking for a hands on build to rent contractor.
