Beginner friendly contractor / GC

Hi,

I'm looking for a beginner friendly GC with a proven track record who can work with me and build a long term relationship.

Projects will be based on my Buy box - mostly starter homes 2-3 bed, SFRs ; may be some small mutlifamily (2-4 units) in the ATL metro area.

I'd appreciate any references / recommendations and advice.
