New SFH Construction

What is the cost to build a new SFH from the ground up. The ideal floor plan that I am looking for would be +3bed / +2bath, 2 car garage, maximum natural lighting, +1800 sq/ft. I am still debating at this point whether it would, or would not be beneficial to make it a pool home. Looking to get the ball rolling within the next 2 to 3 months. If you are a SME contractor in this field, maybe we could talk about floor plans if you already have designs drawn out.
