Cancelling PRO Membership - Need Refund
I thought I had cancelled my PRO membership prior to the free trial period ending, but my credit card was billed today for the annual subscription at $417. I just cancelled, I think for real this time, and I would like to be refunded if possible. It was difficult to navigate to the right spot to find how to cancel the subscription... I'm assuming it's intentionally difficult to find, which is unfortunate for a company like biggerpockets. I don't need PRO access for the next year... I'm willing to pay for the month if it was my error in not cancelling correctly, but I would like to be refunded. The "no phone service" is also frustrating.
