We're really excited to announce a new simple but incredibly powerful feature here on BiggerPockets:

If you are a BiggerPockets Pro, you can now add a video to your profile, embedding either a YouTube or Vimeo video. Use this video to reach out and connect at a deeper level with those who are trying to learn more about you. It is also great for establishing your credibility and demonstrating that you're more than just a face.

For example, you might want to: 

• Introduce yourself
• Talk about your experience
• Talk about your wants and needs
• Share what you can offer others
• Showcase your personality
• Show off your properties
• Teach someone something

Again, this is only for BiggerPockets Pro members, so if you have not yet signed up for BiggerPockets Pro, you can do so by clicking here.

You'll also now see an indicator on both the forums and next to blog posts showing if a user has a profile introduction video:

If you are a Pro member, you can add a video to your profile following these three simple steps: 

1. 1.) Record a quick video and upload it to your YouTube or Vimeo channel 
2. 2.) Head over to biggerpockets.com/profile/basics and scroll down to the section that says "Video Introduction" 
3. 3.) Paste in the video URL and press the green "update profile" button!
