Hey everyone,
So, we decided to try something new in getting BiggerPockets' name out there to the world, so we took what was going to be a super long blog post and turned it into a short Kindle book. We're calling it a "QuickTip Book" (named after the world-famous "QuickTip" in the Podcast!)
It's called "How We Bought a 24-Unit Apartment Building for (Almost) No Money Down" and it's my story of... you guessed it... how my wife and I purchased our apartment complex!
And this thing is incredibly affordable. Just $.99. Yep, under $1.
I have attended and listened to your podcasts and wholesaler webinar, great stuff. Thank you, and good luck on the best seller, maybe it will sell 10 million copies like 10x by grant cardone's book.
Judy, you don't need a Kindle to read it. Once you purchase it, it will automatically open (desktop) or you can download the Kindle app (on your smartphone) and sync it with your Amazon account - very easy to do.
Just ordered my copy @Brandon Turner . Can't wait to read it. Will also type up a short review to let you know what I think about it, but I'm sure it will be a good read coming from you.....

Just bought it. My Kindle is my little buddy that I take everywhere. If I am waiting to show a house to that tenant that never shows I have it with me. Please put all your releases on the Kindle format.
Cash flow should be around $172 per unit per month. If he is valuing the property at $1,000,000 with 9% cap. Assuming he refinances his loan at 5% with 30-yr amortization.
