Celebrating 11 Years of BiggerPockets

Hey everyone! 

Just wanted to throw a shoutout to the community and thank everyone for helping us reach our 11th birthday today!

That's right, BiggerPockets was founded 11 years ago today, and the 11th year was an explosive one. we reached a ton of milestones, including:

-Over 30 million people have come through BiggerPockets since its inception.

-We currently have 382,458 members from nearly every country on earth.

-The BiggerPockets Podcast has been downloaded over 9,000,000 times.

-The Forums now have 1,559,373 posts, with thousands of new posts each day, making them some of the largest and most active forums on the internet.

-And so much more!

    I'm sure I speak for so many when I say, "I wish I had found BP 11 years ago!"

    @Joshua D. - Congratulations on this fantastic achievement!

    This is a great story to tell and you should be very proud of your vision that's now translated into a way of life for the 382,458 strong BP members as of today.

    BP's longevity attests to the fact that it fills a void in REI that others would love to emulate.

    The BP community is a one of a kind social media network that has evolved over the past eleven years to its current state and continues to so.

    There is something about BP that creates this strong magnetic field that pulls everyone from the ground up, south to north so to speak.

    If someone is willing to invest the time and effort in educating themself for near zero or a few dollars compared to other REI offerings, then taking action to build upon their knowledge, it will pay off when action is taken.

    As we all know, BP is addictive, helpful, encouraging, educational and has a plethora of resources that are readily available to the community.

    Since its inception, BP has made a lot of people rich, famous, give up their 9-5 W2 jobs, realize that they can be their own boss, reclaim their lives and family time to name a few pluses.

    Happy birthday BP, your journey is still on the upside of its trajectory path.

    I suppose it boils down to having a good BS meter leading you to find a better way!

    My 6th birthday here will be on 10/30, it has been an adventure never experienced, so thank you for being the dream maker for so many!

    but who's the mother of BP?  (see the comedy set up there? It's all in the wording...)
