Hi, Hopefully we can have a good chat on Jan 24th. I set a time on BP Chat at 4pm to 6 pm EST. I had set it up to role play as an investor willing to loan money to the newbies, if they could talk me into it. They state their deal and I ask them questions to convince me to do the deal.

I'm willing to yield to another method, topic or whatever, what ever the community wants to do and what people want to ask, whatever, I'm open to it!

Who wants to participate and in what capacity?

I personally like learning from real life case studies as opposed to fake role playing..

I suggested before having at least one experinced investor in a chat to kind of moderate and be there to answer questions instead of just having all newbie's...
There's also a Instant message function that can be used, and maybe if some valuable information gets talked about that can benefit the whole community, it can be posted later in a blog or on the forum...
Just some suggestions... what does everyone think?
