James, I didn't want to embarass you with all three mistakes.

For some reason "enuff" pops up a lot too. I am not sure if that is a message board thing or if people really don't know how to spell it, but I see it frequently now.

I see that too. Must be a mis spelled word as the "enuff" is only one letter shorter than the real word, not much type saved!

Advise and advice is a common one. I saw this from one of my favorite posters today and it is VERY common.

    "Prolly" instead of "probably."

    And "ect." instead of "etc."

And my favorite--spelling a plural with the good ol' apostrophe s.

Grammatical errors will make you look stupid.

I done my contract and it effects how I can sell with my lease option purchase.

"I done that" is so common in my area and it drives me up a wall. I have to stop and think about affect and effect myself and different types of contracts don't sell.

I'm the king of long drawn out rambling sentences sometimes. My participles may dangle, making a point.

Come to think of it I do see "prolly" a lot...I always though it was internet lingo though.

Well at least I didn't spell it Brain! I get that one a lot...which is completely nonsensical given my IQ!

    Sorry about that Bryan!

This thread should be "required reading" for BP posting! Spell check, too! There is another topic that I have been commenting on and one person in particular, offers that he is an expert in his field and that 99% of the others have it wrong. It would be much easier to take him and his advice seriously if his grammar and spelling were better.

Yeap...I know of one "expert" on here that I wouldn't pass a third grade spelling test ;-)
