Jon, you are helpful on so many levels. Just one area where you excel is deal analysis. Again and again, you roll up your sleeves and show noobs and pros alike, whether a deal will make sense or not. Thank you!
10,000 posts at 5 minutes per post (figured it takes time to read the previous posts) = 50, 000 minutes, which is 833 hours. That equates to 20.83 standard 40 hour work weeks! Quite an accomplishment and committment to Bigger Pockets.
While BP has no shortage of valuable posters, Jon's posting style is one I thoroughly enjoy.
He has a way of imparting his knowledge, insight, and analytical skills in such a way that makes sense and is easy to understand. That can be hard to do when using an online medium such as a forum.
Thank you for your all you have taught me and for spending all of the time and energy you put into this site to help make it what it is and what it will be!
Jon, I have to admit that I sometimes read your posts even if I have no interest in the topic. Thanks for your insight and wisdom, I have benefited from both. Also thanks for turning me on to spell check by using Firefox as a browser.
Great job Jon. I know the way you break down deals helps the new guys a lot. I am always impressed at the time you take to run the numbers for so many people (for some on more than one deal).
Congratulations!. I have learned lot from your answers in the last 2 months (I'm a BP newbie) which I didn't learn from member-shipping real estate clubs in the last 2 years.
