BiggerPockets got a great plug as a valuable resource for landlords in Kiplinger Magazine, in the article "What It Takes to Be a Landlord" -- featuring BP Blog contributor and member, Peter Giardini. From what I understand, the article also appears in the June issue of the physical magazine.

The article was a great primer for individuals wanting to get started in real estate as landlords... but as everyone here knows there is so much more to it... and resources like BiggerPockets help to fill in the gaps.
As for the coaching business... well, we will have to see how that works out.
