Article submissions

When an article is submitted it automatically goes to unapproved status. There is no way to measure if it was actually read and disapproved or not. Perhaps we could add a date for actual disapproval. Perhaps add another area with those already in use. We already have unapproved for those just submitted. We already have approved and a date of approval. How about adding an area called disapproved and a date of disapproval to separate it from those submitted and shuffled into the unapproved column. I should have 5 articles outstanding for this month.
