Office/Retail Purchase Help in Miami

I am looking to purchase/ lease office or retail property in Miami, FL (specifically in Miami beach, Wynwood, Brickell areas).

The idea is to work in one space and rent out another space.

I will be visiting Miami FL on 5/12- 5/14 and I'd like to meet up and see the properties.
