Curious can I purchase a home with my LLC from myself?
I have a house that is in my name and the question is can I buy it from myself through my business LLC?
Usually, you would do this through a QuitClaim. As I understand it, if the current owner of the property, is the same as the owner of the LLC; there are no tax consequences. Definitely, speak to your attorney and accountant before making any changes.
