Hotel for auction and Airbnb's Purchase

Let's invest in a Hotel together.
I have been on here reading and gaining knowledge over the years. Not really that active in the forums but here we go.
My Wife and I run 9 Short term rentals in and around Cleveland, Ohio.
We have been very successful on Airbnb and finding Travel Nurses and have accumulated over 3,000 reviews on our Airbnb account with our properties.
We are now looking to invesint in a hotel with you. We looking to partner up on a deal. We have the knowledge of short term rentals and mid to long term stays.
We are looking for bridge loans/hard money/ or private money or investors. We are open to making a win-win situation and are super focused on customers experience and that is what we excel in and why we have been so successful with our small portfolio. We would love to scale and expand.
