Hi guys, I bought my 4th property about 3 weeks ago. Having it renovated. Got this one for 30K, only needed floors and kitchen redone. Great find. I did a DSCR cashout loan from my other rental to buy and reno. Great program. Dont sleep on it. Use it while its still here.
