House in Delavan, WI with lake access

I have a 2,500sf home in Delavan, WI with lake access to Delavan Lake. This area is a tourist town where people who love the outdoors go to vacation (golfing, fishing, lake sports with the family, lots of quaint country downtown areas, etc...). The home is in the middle of a construction project and is expected to sell for $800,000 on completion. We are currently building the house to be a single family home, but the main house could be split into 2 units and there is already a 'mother-in-law' suite completed. I would be willing to take an offer on the property in its current state so you could configure the construction any way you wish. If you are looking to have it in your rental portfolio, please reach out to me and I can answer any questions that you have.

Sincerely, Scott
