First time posting here. I'm a young investor focusing in Halifax, currently working through a refi on a SFR to acquire my first duplex.

I’m looking to connect with like minded investors for market chats or potential JVs down the line. Also very open to grabbing coffee and learning from more experienced folks in the area.
