Increasing Deal flow

Hi I am a novice investor looking to increase acquisition, I am coming to the forums to ask what y'all use for off market deal flow or even on market . I have found most of my properties on the MLS but in the area I am investing (west tn , north of Memphis ) I have hit a crossroads with available deals. I know this is always a topic of discussion and the answer is usually boots on the ground , cold calling , etc. but I am wondering if there are any programs that anyone has used and it has actually been worth it . I am still a w-2 employee and have a newborn at home so looking to save a little bit of time on my end. TIA
