Public feedback about an app I am making

Hi All, I have been working on a project that I think might have some impact to how we continue with properties.

However there are still features and work that needs to be worked on but wanted public advice and feedback before proceeding. 

There is currently 3 property limit per user and an account is required, Would definitely like to know what you think and I am open to any question you might have
