Advice for me

Jacob Blake
Posted

Hello all,

My wife and have some money to invest in real estate (about 20k).  having trouble finding a realistic fixer upper around 80k without major issues.  I am eager to get started on a project because I will be doing 90% of renovations.  I have found homes around the 110-120 range in good areas that have great potential as a fixer upper candidate.  Unfortunately that price range is just outside of our financial capabilities.  Just wondering if we should pivot towards a different strategy or what..
