Hello BP community! I'm new to the group. I'm looking to invest in a SFH near Rome/ Cartersville, GA. Purchase price ideally will be between $225-$275k.
 
Curious if any members are in these markets? If so, would love your take on performance and lessons learned! Thanks in advance!
