What should I do

Joel Thomas
Posted

I think I found a deal in my local market, the house needs a cash offer and it is way below market value and it's a duplex. I have been looking for a duplex but i wanted to do FHA. This house is not going to pass FHA, should I just keep looking or is this a deal I can get in on with a bit more expertise? This is my first property. It's selling for about 285k in a market that duplexes are selling for 400k
